A customer of mine recently purchased the Painted Poppies stamp set and dies, and it occurred to me what a great Christmas card it would make. I am enjoying pulling out some of my older non-Christmas stamp sets and creating Christmas cards with them. This one was no exception.

I paired it with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder to give it an extra layer of dimension. And I used the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch to create an easy multi-image look.

Here is how the card comes together.

Measurements

  • Basic White (card base) 5 1/” x 8 1/2″ – score at 4 1/4″
  • Real Red 5 1/4″ x 4″ (cut 2 – one for the inside
  • Basic White 5″ x 3 3/4″ (cut 2 – one for the inside)
  • Long scrap of Basic White to stamp and punch out three poppy images
  • Long scrap of Real Red
