Frequently Asked Questions about joining Stampin’ Up and my team of Silver Lady Stampers

What am I getting for my $99?

  • If you join during the month of June 2023, you will get $155 worth of Stampin’ Up! products of your choice + free business supplies + free shipping + all of the fun of being part of the Stampin’ Up! family!

No strings attached

  • That’s right – there are no strings attached. 
  • If you choose to remain as an active demonstrator and get a 20-25% discount on all of your Stampin’ Up! purchases, then $300 per quarter is all it takes.  And that’s $300 BEFORE your 20-25% discount.  What that means is that although you will get a 20-25% discount on your purchases, Stampin’ Up! gives you credit for the full retail price toward your $300 quarterly goal. 
  • Also, if you join in the month of June (which is the last month of the 2nd quarter), that quarter doesn’t count toward your $300 quarterly goal – meaning you don’t have to scramble to spend $300 by the end of June.  Your first quarter doesn’t end until September 30, 2023.

Do I have to host workshops or sell products to others?

  • No.  You do not have to host workshops and you don’t have to sell products to anyone other than to yourself.  You can be your own best customer.

What is my discount?

  • You start out with a 20% discount on your Stampin’ Up! orders.
  • When you reach $1,800 in total sales, you will advance to Bronze Elite status and from then on, you will get a 25% discount on all of your Stampin’ Up! orders.

New Products

  • As a demonstrator, you will be among the first to see and preorder new products one month in advance.  One of the top reasons that people join is to order early plus the discount.

Stampin’ Rewards

  • If you place an order of $150 or more, you will qualify for Stampin’ Rewards in addition to your 20-25% discount.  Stampin’ Rewards are equal to 10% of your order (before tax and shipping). 

What if I do not meet the quarterly minimum?

  • You will be dropped as a demonstrator and merely become a customer again. 
  • The Starter Kit products are yours to keep.
  • As I mentioned above, there are no strings attached.

Extras for joining my team

  • Monthly meetings take place on Zoom.  If you can’t attend, meeting minutes are emailed to you.  The monthly meeting is free to attend.
  • Monthly card challenge (optional): You will be sent an item from the catalog to make a card.  You will then be entered into a drawing to win all of the cards submitted by other team members.
  • Card swap: You make 9 card fronts (all the same) based on a theme that you are given.  You get 8 cards back that were created by other team members. 
  • Access to an exclusive Facebook group.  Lots are shared between teammates and you can join to view or participate depending on your comfort level.

The only exception is if you hosted a workshop, and you want to apply your hostess rewards to join.  In that case, I have a code I can give you.
